Add a product description tab

Hello,

I am trying to add product description tabs to my product description however, when I add the html code to the product description tab it collapses. You can see the tabs only if I don't add any description however, when I add description that it feels is too long it collapses and I can see it when you click "see more".

 I would like to add 2 tabs a how to apply, and details tab. I'm trying to avoid adding  apps that makes my store run slow. Please let me know if anyone can help me with this.

This would done with custom liquid and Js code.
It will take 4-5 hours.
