Add a scrolling product carousel with some space for a custom image on the left before the products

Looking for help creating something similar to the attached image.

Its basically a scrolling product carousel however where the first product would have been, there is a custom image there.

I was hoping someone could guide me how to do this?

I'm familiar with coding, and can follow instructions.

I am on dawn theme.

There is used Swiper Slider. In order to do this could you please share your store URL so that I can take a look to the existing one and then ensure to use the swiper slider library in your theme file.

If you’d like to display custom grey badges (e.g., showing "20mg", "12mg", etc.) on each product and have them vary per listing, you can do this via custom code without needing a paid app.
