Add additional banner?

Hi I'm trying to implement a custom banner under my hero image is there any way to do this with css? 

I'd really appreciate any help. I thought of creating a second hero image and changing the height which would work but can't seem to find the css for the second hero image to change the height?

As I see your question. Yes you can Implement the other banner image underneath the hero image but you need the good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Liquid.
