Add additional button to Product page - Dawn Theme

I would like to add an additional button to the Product page template on the Dawn Theme. Right now there are two buttons - "Add To Cart" and "Buy With Shop Pay." Under the second button is a link for "More payment options." I want to add the additional button below the link for More payment options and above the product description.

The new button will say "Sign Up & Save" and will link to a specific page on the store.

I've been working on the store for a client and have been able to find the code I need for other customizations thanks to information people here have generously shared, but I can find what I need to add the additional button.

Thank you for your reply, but I don't want someone to add the button for me. I would like to have the code and instructions on where to place it, so that I can learn how to do it. I'm sure there are others who would also like to learn how to do this as well.

Rather than having someone insert the button for me, I'll supply specifics so that it will be easier to show the required code here.

The button will be the same size as the "Add to cart" button. The hex code for the button color is #930d0d and the text on the button will be white. The button will say "Sign Up And Save!" and will link to this page in the store: https://suspensefulromancebooks.com/pages/sign-up-and-save
