Add border/section to the reviews content Dawn 15V

I tried adding the code within the app custom css but I couldn't do it. I would like to add a section line / border in bw reviews content in my rating reviews section and also change the font style just like I am showing in the screenshot how I want the section line and font style. please check the screenshot.
