Add icons with text under add-to-cart button on product page

Hello, I want to make a product page like this one for example:

Privacy Hoes – LUXOR MILANO (luxor-milano.nl)

I know how to make put text under the (in code) add to cart button but I can't add like the green *, the package icon and the iDeal icon. The green dot is also changing on the product page from the example (getting bigger and smaller). Does anyone know how I can do this? Thankss in advance!!

The best way  should be for you to use a metafield for this. Like a multiline text metafield.

no but I know how to set the text under the add to cart button when adjusting the code, I just need to know how to add the icons

Gotcha, I have done this by using the icons shopify provides, when you have added the metafield to a box that holds it on the right sidebar you have the option to change the icons.

And is it possible to apply it to add the shopify icons in the code? So I can add it before the text, I already coded the text on the product page.
