Add Klaviyo SMS Embedded Form to Shopify Thank You Page

I'm currently using the Local 2.4.2 theme on my Shopify store, and I’m looking to add a Klaviyo SMS embedded form to the Thank You page (the page where customers land after completing their purchase). I have DIV for the embedded form. I know that Shopify no longer allows direct access to the checkout.liquid or thank-you.liquid files, and there’s no option for Additional Scripts in the checkout settings.

Does anyone know of a workaround or solution for adding an embedded form to the Thank You page above the map in a non-Shopify Plus store? I'm specifically trying to capture SMS opt-ins using Klaviyo.
