Add text section in footer

I have a footer that has 4 columns. The first column is store description, while the other 3 are menu items and contact us info.

I want to add a text section at the bottom of the 2nd/3rd/4th column to add a short disclaimer message. 

Please advise how I can do it by adding code: I am a newbie, so please let me know which file to edit, what code to add, and the position within the file where I need to add. Thanks.

I dont want to add the 5th column; 4 columns are just right. I want to add a text block at the bottom of the footer to write the disclaimer. The customiser does not have the option to add a block. I therefore asked for the code to be added. Can anyone help?

Oh, that is why I'm requesting the 5th block. This way, we can rearrange it into 4 columns with 1 block at the bottom. The bottom block will allow you to write the disclaimer. That’s what I meant.
