Add third party carrier calculated shipping or CCS to Shopify plan

I have a "Shopify" plan and wanted to stay with the monthly billing option instead of changing over to annual billing. I just wanted to add the CCS to my plan for a monthly fee. The only way seems to be via support chat but nobody answers the support and I've been trying for days now and no response. Does anybody know of a workaround to get this added to the account without going through support?

I believe you do need to go through Shopify's support in order to add on the monthly CSS option. 

 

When you say no one is answering support -- are you using the chat on the help page? (https://help.shopify.com/en

 

If you're having trouble getting connected to a real person, just type "I want to speak to a real person" in the chat ... and then follow the prompts to start a chat with a customer support rep.

If you haven't done so already, I'd encourage you to complete a few local troubleshooting steps to see if this helps to resolve. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed those below for you to try:

 

  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Access our Help Center Page through an incognito tab
  • Try another browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Try another device (i.e Cellphone or desktop)
  • Confirm you have no firewalls active 
  • Try accessing the Help Center Page through another connection (i.e using cellular data)
