Add to cart button not working - Keeps loading when clicked on and sometimes not showing

My add to cart button was sometimes not showing up, so i tried some changes in settings and code but it seems like our button is not even loading now. When you click on it, the button does noting. 

The 'more payment options' seems to be working. So it is just the add to cart button.

I have tried installing some other apps but they don't seem to be working, I have uninstalled them now and it is still not working. I don't have any ideas left.

I tried it in a different old theme and in that one the button seems to be working fine but that site is just the basic shopify theme.

I have gone to an old theme code global.js file where the add to cart worked and copied this in a copy of my current theme to try. This seemed to be working. I had to edit my cart drawer a little bit after. But it works. the add to cart button now adds products to the cart. 

I am still having issues with the add to cart button not loading in sometimes when going on the product page. After refreshing 1- a few times it shows and sometimes it show instantly so that is still weird.
