Add-to-cart button Not Working

Hi,

 

I have the Sense theme and I have a problem with the add-to-cart button on my main product page (https://byastrovibes.com/products/graffiti-smart-wifi-led-neon-bar); when I hit the add-to-cart button the cart doesn't immediately update, so I need to refresh the page to show me that the product was added to cart. But on my other 2 products it works fine (https://byastrovibes.com/products/led-lights-wireless-closet-kitchen-lights-under-furniture-battery-...https://byastrovibes.com/products/e-book).

 

I recently installed the app Sales Motivator - Free Gifts, but I uninstalled it, changed the theme on the first version and checked with other themes but the problem still persists. Can someone please give me a solution?

I've taken a look at the 3 product links and it looks like two of the products have been deleted. The only one I was able to see is the eBook and I didn't have any issues adding that to cart. I've also tried searching the titles of the two deleted products and they don't seem to be available in the store anymore. However, I did encounter the same issue when trying to add the product on the homepage. 

 

If the issue continues to persist after deleting the app, then it's possible that the issue is caused by another app or we'll need to take a closer look at your account in order to resolve this issue. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request. However, if the issue is due to a third-party app, then we'd recommend getting help with third-party apps from the app developers. 

 

That being said, I love the customizations that you've done with the shop, such as the starry background. Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your business?

Hi @Elias @kazi,

 

I've now put all products in the main menu. The main product is Astro Glow Strip™, and the other 2 are Astro Warm Pro Lights™ and Interior Design E-book.

 

I forgot to mention that prior to installing the Sales Motivator app, I have installed the EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift. I reached out to them and this is what they have told me:

I should mention that both apps were enabled only on the page Atro Glow Strip™.

I've taken a look at the Dawn theme in my test store, and I didn't have any luck replicating this issue. I'd recommend uninstalling both of these apps and installing a fresh copy of the Sense theme to check if the issue persists. It's likely that one of the two apps is causing the issue as we've seen this often with stores using some form of upselling app. 

 

If you're unable to identify the problem, then our live support team can take a closer look at your apps and disable them for testing.
