add-to-cart does not work

Hey,

add-to-cart button on our store does not work properly for some reason. Once someone add product to the cart it redirects them to the cart but the cart is empty without the product they wanted. This only happenes when customer is first time on our store. If you already have cookies or in that case have already visited our store it works normally. It only does not work for first time users which is not good becuase we target people via facebook and the sell funnel needs to be fast.
