Hello,

 

I’ve recently noticed a decline in my store’s revenue and discovered that the issue seems to be related to the mobile version of my site. When customers add items to their cart using a phone, the loading screen gets stuck halfway and continues loading for several minutes. This issue only occurs on mobile devices, as the website works perfectly on desktops.

Has anyone encountered this before or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you are facing issues for any specific products then please do let me know. I checked for a few random products and everything works perfectly.
