Add-to-carts don't get tracked in Shopify analytics

For a few weeks now, I've had a problem. Customers who come to my website and add a product to their cart are not showing up in my Shopify analytics. Checkout achieved and converted, however, do. Has anyone experienced this before and a possible solution, as this has a lot of impact on tracking the right data and my strategy.

Had the same issue before, shopify’s tracking can be unreliable. I switched to Carlytics app for cart tracking and it’s been much more accurate. You could also take a look at using GA4
