Adding a secondary page navigation that jumps to page sections on the same page

I'm looking for a way to add a secondary navigation on page level (below a hero image) with shortcuts to 4-5 sections on the same page. This might have a specific name but I just can't find any info about this. My shop is currently very small with only 15 products and I wanted all products to appear on the same page and be organised by product categories (like, shoes, tops, hats etc). I'm trying to add a menu on this page that can jump/scroll down to these different sections. Is there a plugin I need or an easy way to do this? I'm using Be Yours theme.
