Adding custom links to individual product pages?

I have an apparel shop with name different products. I am trying to find a way to have all of the products a single design is on linked together so that if you went to the product page for that design on a shirt, you could also see that the design is available on a hoodie, or tank, ect. 

I am looking to add clothing icons with text under the title, perhaps three, maybe just 2 columns, which when clicked, would take you the product page for that specific clothing item when that specific design. 
 

Is there a free app that would do this or a way to customize each individual page this way? Maybe add new fields to the product page where I can link to the other products?

This is Max from the Shopify Team. 

It looks like what might work for you is some product recommendations based on a specific collection. This allows you to promote items that shoppers might like, or items within a certain print collection in your case. 

One quick way to achieve this wold be using this tutorial - Recommend related products to your customers.

If coding is not a part of your skillset, you could get some help to implement this from an Expert or you might find that some apps enable you to add this feature more easily:

• Directed Edge Recommender
• Personalized Recommendation
• Upsell and Cross‑sell Products

There's also a tutorial to add all of these related items to a collection page if that seems desirable - Feature a subset of collections on a page. I can see this being a nice option if you we're promoting sales on certain styles or wanted to direct customers to a more visual page!
