Hi everyone,
I'd like to add the date of delivery on the "New order" email template, I already tried to look for a solution in the community but I haven't found any.
I used the procedure described in the link below to add the delivery date picker. So I created a delivery date snippet and added it to my cart page. Hence, now it appears in the section "additional details" of the order.

I'm part of the team working on the Supertime Delivery Date/Time Picker app. This app adds selectors to your store cart page which allows customers to select a date and time for delivery. You can then add this date and time to your email template using these instructions.
I know you hand-coded your own solution, but Supertime also offers a ton of features your current solution doesn't provide: like blocking off days of the week, times of day, or holidays. Or creating custom time-slots (e.g. do your customers prefer morning delivery or afternoon delivery).
So just thought I'd through this solution out there too. Hope this helps!
