Adding knowledge source for Shopify Chat AI responses. (Shopify Magic)

Hi all. Is there any way to add a knowledge source (maybe a hidden page?) that Shopify Magic can access for Shopify chat suggestions (Inbox)? 

Apparently "As of October 2024, you cannot directly upload custom documents or text as knowledge sources. You need to first add the information to your store as one of the supported content types listed below."

  • Collections
  • Pages from your online store
  • Policy pages
  • Blog posts
  • FAQ sections

 

However for my line of business this isn't very practical. I have written manuals and documents for our business that would help Shopify Magic ALOT for AI reply suggestions.

Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?
