Address Validation Not Working - Is there a better way to report?

I am placing orders on my own site to get some sample products to my house.  The two first orders went through fine. The third order, today, will not allow me to proceed - address validation issue.  No changes to my address or check out method.


I see from other discussion posts this is a bug that Shopify fixed in the past.  Is there a better way to report these bugs than in these discussion forums? As a merchant I'd like some better options.
