Admin going blank

Screen Shot 2023-08-20 at 4.37.40 PM.pngDoes anybody have a problem where they login and everything loads but the home admin page. It just goes blank. I've tried to look for a solution but none of the solutions actually worked. I tried on safari and on google chrome. It only works on my phone. I tried everything and it's still blank. Please help.

I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. At the moment, we have not heard of any other reports of merchants facing this issue with their Shopify Admin. You mentioned that this issue is only occurring on Google Chrome and Safari so are you able to try the following additional troubleshooting steps: 

  • Ensure that your device and browser is completely up-to-date.
  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.

I tried everything here. Used incognito on chrome and safari. I cleared cookies and cache and rebooted both of them as well. I'm not using any extensions and I tried different wifi networks. None of them work. Do you have any other solutions.
