Is anyone else having issues with stuff loading on Shopify today?  It is running so slow and most of the time not loading anything.  Very annoying.

I checked through our internal outage reports and can't see anything from March 26th that would have caused issues with accessing the admin. I suspect that what you were experiencing was a local ended issue that can typically be resolved by: 

  1. Clearing cache/cookies
  2. Using Google Chrome Incognito mode
  3. Trying a different browser
  4. Restarting your internet connection 
  5. Updating your devices OS system, running any updates on the browsers

If the problem persists, you'll want to reach out to our Support with the following information: 

  1. Video of the issue
  2. Time and date of when the issue started/ended (has to be within the last 30 days, and has to be as close as possible)
  3. Type of device and browser(s) used
