Ads Manager issue with Conversion events

I am facing an issue while setting up a conversion campaign in Ads Manager. When selecting a conversion event, the system continuously displays "Retrieving your events," but no events appear, preventing me from proceeding with the campaign setup. I have ensured that my pixel is properly installed and active. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

Hey,

It Was Working perfectly few days back, suddenly this happened. and after this my results for ad campaigns has significantly dropped

Because of technical error/bug from the facebook and instagram App pixel can not perform and collect data from the website properly which may cause data loss and ad campaign would be hampered.

In that case consider google tag manager GTM to implement meta pixel and conversion API CAPI to ensure a consistent tracking experience.
