I'm completely new to this. I have just set up my first products to sell POD through Gelato.
I have designed a t-shirt with an image and customisable text on Gelato... the text changes fine on Gelato but not on Shopify.
I have searched and searched with no answer. On my Shopify products page under Variant Picker it shows two buttons - Design Option 1 (with customisable text), and Design Option 2 with no text.
However when I click on Design Option 1 nothing happens. I've spent ages on this and can't progress further with advertising etc until this small glitch is sorted.
I'm using the refresh theme.
I appreciate any help. 🙂
