it’s really infuriating that I haven’t used my shop in the past two annual charges and it’s not hitting my main account so I can see it and they won’t refund me because it’s past 30 days. That’s ridiculous.
I asked if they could make an exception and they said they would contact the billing. After they came back and said they couldn’t I asked again if there was truly anything they could do and they said they would escalate it to billing which indicates to me they never actually escalated it to billing in the first place. Terrible service. Extremely disappointed.
Now with less than 2 weeks away from the due date of first baby I’m slammed with this charge and Shopify is just taking advantage of the situation and giving the run around on small business providers which is frankly disgusting and poor service.
