My supplier on AliExpress changed their product SKU and now it says on my Dsers the sku has been changed but dsers does not update this and I’m really confused as to what I should do because in shopify it says the SKU for the product variants you’ve inputted needs to match the one on dsers and I don’t know what their new skus are and how to input them correctly on shopify & dsers. Then it tells me to remap the product but when I try to remap on dsers it comes up with a save product mapping error ?? Why is this?? Is it because I have an unfulfilled order and it won’t let me remap unless I fulfill it? So it won’t let me remap and idk what to do about the sku change and I keep having to manually select the supplier and variant for each order 😕 HELP PLS

Most of the product information should be synced and updated automatically when using such apps. I have found in their help centre that in case your supplier has changed SKUs or their inventory is out of stock, you will get notified about the changes. To display up-to-date product information in your store, you can activate the inventory auto-update to avoid manually changing your product status.
Their pricing page state that the free plan offers up to 2 suppliers per product and no target region mapping when it comes to variant mapping.
However, considering DSers is a third-party app, the best course of action would be to get in touch with the DSers Support team. You can reach out to them via email support@dserspro.com.

Thing is I wasn’t notified even tho my notifications were on and the skus didn’t update I got a notification from dsers saying skus have changed and that I need to remap which I did but the skus still remain the same on both sites. And shopify and dsers product variant skus need to match up. Isn’t there a specific way you have to input skus into shopify ? Or dsers? Because last time my skus were automatically inputted it started something like 14:29# and then the sku is that a specific format u have to use or is that just how to supplier wrote the sku themselves? If I get the new skus from my supplier can I manually change them? Will that work? I was thinking just to reimport my product altogether but that process is very lengthy and I’d rather avoid it if I can manually change skus correctly and everything be fully functional
