ALL Products and pages suddenly vanished

All my products along with related media has vanished. Also the pages like about, contact etc. I cant upload all of it manually. Why did this happen? i can see it all in activity log. Everything got deleted in 1 minute. It is not humanly possible for someone to do it. A few days ago i had the same issue with my theme and now all products gone. Also shopify helpcenter link is down

Is this the solution to everything for shopify staff? Ask Support Team? Better to shutdown this community forum

We can certainly help with a lot of things here on the community forum but due to this being an issue with your account deleting products and media it is hard for us to know why when we can not authenticate you and look into your stores activity. This is why it is best to contact our Support Team, as they can access your account activity and help you.
