This is the response I received from support and it does work.

I thought I posted this but I don't see it now. Hope this helps until they get the problems resolved.

 

I hope you are well. I am here to assist you. 

 

We experienced a delay in our Amazon server, as part of our maintenance process. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

The issue has been resolved, everything is back to normal. All scheduled tasks are running properly. 

 

If you missed some orders, please double check in Actions > Orders > Importable

There you can import any missing orders if needed. 

You can also update shipping statuses from Shopify to Amazon. 

From the app, go to Actions > Operations > Update shipping statuses to Amazon > [Execute]

One year later and the same problems. This app is down a lot and has been down now for weeks.
