Amazon MCF,Shopify, Tiktok

Hi,

I have a tiktok shop in the US. I am trying to use Amazon MCF to fulfill my tiktok orders (without being an Amazon seller). I created an MCF Account and tried listing my products but Amazon keeps giving me the error :  "We have encountered a network issue. Please try submitting again" Its been 3 days and same error and support said to clear browser and I did that also. In addition, I know I need  Shopify to map with tiktok listings. I am also unable to map this. keeps giving me errors.what do I do for that also? been 4 days. Please help.!!!!
