Analytics incorrect

Our analytics are incorrect.

Almost no sales are being attributed to social media, we know we're doing volume sales there.

Email marketing platform is directly connected to shopify and we know its going thousand of dollars a week in attributed sales but shopify is reporting a little over a hundred...

I brought this to supports attention a year ago and nothing got fixed but its even more glaring/frustrating now that we've ramped up our marketing and are seeing real results but can't accurately see those results in shopify.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question. I don't know why the reports are not accurate, our email software is linked directly to shopify
