Announcement Banner Items Alignment

I am currently on the free default trade theme and i wanted to achieve below results. Would appreciate the guidance.

Thanks for the info, I just like to clarify. Do you want an alignemnt or adding some links on the announcement bar? 

If only alignment to the left check this code. 

1. From you Admin page, go to Online Store > Themes

1. Select the theme you want to edit
2. Under the Asset folder, open the main.css(base.css, style.css or theme.css)
3. Then place the code below at the very bottom of the file.

    justify-content: left;
}

• And Save.

  If you like to add the links that shows in one bar you need a developer on that one. Announcement bar is design slide.

This is doable, but the biggest question here is what would you like to happen to the announcement bar in mobile view? My suggestion would be to only display the announcement and then display the links inside the hamburger menu with the other links.
