I'd like to report a fraudulent shop (https://hauteanne.myshopify.com/), but none of Shopify's support forms are working. The shop's email doesn't respond and the listed phone is not connected.
I cleared my cache, tried different devices, and just cannot submit a simple form to report fraud. The Order confirmation URL on the order issue form doesn't let me submit despite following the directions exactly as provided.
Ultimately I submitted a credit card dispute, but there needs to be a way to report fraudulent shops to Shopify so we can prevent others from also getting scammed. Please make this process easier so we can reduce the severe amount of online scams being facilitated through Shopify's technology.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Was the order placed more than 30 days ago? If not, then you would need to wait 30 days before it will accept your report.
That being said, if a business is using the Shopify platform, when a credit card dispute is filed there is an internal alert. As such, this is an additional way that a report is filed which you have completed.
