Another Thread RE: Payouts Paused due to "address could not be verified"

Hey all

I have been battling this "address could not be verified" since probably.....december? Maybe longer? It seems like payouts were going through until recently. Well after chatting for a 2 or 3rd time, which each time they say "no worries, someone will be in contact from the payments team" - and alas what do i get? No contact.

Has anyone fixed this issue and if so - what was needed? I'm getting pretty annoyed with this issue and TBH Shopify.
