Any time a customer uses PayPal, the payment is put on hold for 21 days.

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Any payment that is made by PayPal is out on hold for 21 days. then it says they will release it if there is no claim made prior. 

Its also telling me i need to finished setting up paypal express check out, but not sure on how to do this?

Im also using the Dawn theme if that makes a difference.

Speaking with Paypal Support will be the best thing you can do. They can help ensure your Paypal account is set up correctly and look into why there is a 21-day hold on the funds. The two are likely connected. You can contact Paypal Support here
