Anyone else FRUSTRATED with FACEBOOK new changes? Help me understand, please.

Help me, please.

About 100 products are missing from my Facebook feed, and ZERO products are showing up on Instagram. I've been going back and forth with Facebook for a couple of weeks. The following is their explanation, but I don't understand a word of it. Can you help me understand?

Here is their final statement. To me, it sounds like they're saying the products are there, but they're not there. And what is the "in-app" all about? Ugh. SO frustrating.
