Anyone know why my GTM stops tracking at the "add to cart" stage?

Hi

I've used a tutorial by Myles Root on YT to install my conversion, remarketing and consent mode v2 tags.

When running preview mode on GTM the tags stop firing when I add a product to cart.

I've deleted my work and installed everything 3 times now and still can't get them to fire.
