Anyone looking for Physical Storefront Opportunities (Western PA)

Hello out there!

We are in the process of launching our first Shopify store...apparel selling tees, hoodies, etc. In addition to our online presence, we have a great brick and mortar location in which we would like to create a boutique of like-minded brands who are also looking to capitalize on foot traffic in a physical location.

Not sure how to locate brand owners who are in our area (Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding)...if the community has any suggestions or if you are in our area and looking for a simple cost-effective way to get your products in front of more people and explore a physical location with very low risk, we would love to speak with you!
