App for renaming image URL/handles

Hello, I recently began the process of optimizing 150+ product images for SEO.

After looking into it, it is a huge amount of work to upload the new images, add them to the products, and rename them. Even using a CSV file it is almost more work than just manually adjusting each one.

Are there any apps that will automatically change product images URL handles based on the product title?
(Would prefer an app that isn't going to heavily effect the stores theme file code, or alter the images beyond changing the handles.)

We have been developing an app that will achieve this.

The general idea is the full automation of the alt text and URL handle settings, with the main goal being just setting them to the product title itself with a simple slugify logic, and URL duplication protection. 

However, i am as sorry informing you as sorry i was when i found out that Shopify's API's do not support changing the URL handles. (this also killed off our APP, even before it was finished)
