App Not Compatible, Though I have an online store

I am trying to download the Recharge app, but it's saying it's not compatible because I don't have an online store as a sales channel. However, I upgraded to include an online store as a sales channel, and I made sure it wasn't password protected, and it's still not allowing me to install the Recharge app.

Hey, @Alex334

Eunice here from the Shopify Social team, thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community!

Sometimes, when we make changes and customizations our browsers can hold on to old information causing issues like this to arise. This means your browser might think you're still on the Lite plan, even though you've upgraded. To fix this I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, restarting your browser then trying again.  If you're not sure how to clear your cache and cookies check out this site here for instructions.

If this doesn't fix the issue please contact Shopify Support via chat, callback, or email through the Shopify Help CenterThis video clip shows you how to access the chat and email option. If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, please log in to your store when prompted to view the callback option.

With this course, you'll learn the basics of subscription pricing, the key metrics of your subscription business, and how to reduce churn rate by keeping customers subscribed.
