All things Shopify and commerce
I have added a new App for EU orders and linked products called Styria
The App is listed in the product locations but in the variants the location does not appear
Only my UK Inkthreadable App appears
If I try to add locations it does not appear in the list?
Thanks
Hello @coolnoshoes
this looks like a Shopify locations/fulfillment app sync issue. Here's why your StyriaShirts Warehouse app might not be showing properly in the variant locations:
Common Causes & Fixes:
1. App is Not Fully Integrated or Doesn’t Support Fulfillment
Even if StyriaShirts Warehouse shows up under Inventory will be stocked at, it might not support tracking or variant-level fulfillment yet.
Fix:
. Check the app in Apps > StyriaShirts Warehouse > Settings.
. Confirm it’s set up as a fulfillment service.
. Make sure it's connected to Shopify's inventory service API.
2. Products Not Synced With App
Some fulfillment apps only manage products that were pushed from their platform (e.g., from Styria’s dashboard).
Fix:
. Go to the Styria app directly and confirm that the product was created or imported there.
. If not, push or relink the product from within the Styria dashboard.
3. Location Not Enabled for Fulfillment
Sometimes, the app’s location is added in Shopify but not marked as a fulfillment location in Shopify settings.
Fix:
. Go to Settings > Locations in Shopify.
. Click on StyriaShirts Warehouse.
. Ensure "Fulfill online orders from this location" is checked.
4. Inventory Tracking Conflict
If Inventory is not tracked for that location or variant, Shopify won’t list it under variant locations.
Fix:
. Under the product’s Inventory section, ensure "Track quantity" is enabled for that variant.
. Then check if StyriaShirts becomes available in the location selector.
Thank you 😊
Thanks for the reply

There is no 'Settings' to change anything you suggested:

The product is linked and I can actually order it but only when I manually change the location from my Inkthreadable UK and then change back:

Track Quantity is selected and the App still does not appear in Location selector:
I notice here it says 'Inventory not stocked at StyriaShirts Warehouse'
How do I change this?
PS
When I change the location and place order it also sends the order to BOTH Styria and Inkthreabale Apps!
Thanks

Fix:
. Go to Settings > Locations in Shopify.

When I click on the App it just brings me to here to main page. There is no option to "Fulfill online orders from this location"
