App/Solution which documents every purchase for each user (consent, data processing)?

Is there a Shopify app which documents for every purchase which checkboxes each user (terms and conditions, ....) has clicked on checkout (in form of some type of list or spreadsheet)? Also for legal reasons it should be documented which data has been forwarded to our external suppliers.
