App to allow access to product based on code

Hi,

I am trying to find a shopify app that would allow to hide products and then let consumers find product based on specific code.

In short the UX i'm trying to create is:

1) allow to hide product or not make them searchable

2) Have an input field that would allow consumer to find product based on code

3) once code or tag is input -> redirect to the correct product page

An example would be this website (sorry in french) where consumer comes to order a specific kitchen malette. Based on the school they are in they have different codes and thus would be redirected to different product pages depending on the code input:

This is not major change you just have to change the script of search how it should work normally search try to find nearby looking thing, 

You can create a search box of your own and make the action of it as exact value.

If you are unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.

thanks for the reply, is there any particular script that would allow this to happen? I can make the changes in the code but unsure what would need to be changed.
