Apparently my images aren't showing for Google in India which means my account is being suspended

HELP! Google are about to suspend my account as apparently my images aren't showing on their computers in India? I've explained I only supply the UK so have no interest in shipping to India but Google rules are images must show globally?! They keep telling me I must have my host (Shopify?) to enable my images to be seen globally? After speaking to Shopify, they have no idea what Google are talking about! Getting desperate now as without Google, I have no business.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
