Apple Pay Won't Recognize Zip Codes for Free Shipping Zone

We have one zip code set up for free delivery (and thus zero dollar shipping). However, when somebody goes to checkout with Apple Pay and their Ship To address contains that specific free shipping zip code Apple Pay still shows a shipping charge. I tried to add a separate and redundant shipping zone specific to the zip code but it seems like it only lets you do States. Is there a simple fix with Apple Pay that I am missing?

I did some testing using an address that should be part of that 43209 zipcode area in Columbus, Ohio. Upon entering in that address, I do see a shipping rate and fee apply to my order. Specifically, the rate is called 'Standard' and the cost is $5.99 USD. With this information, this suggests to me that the product I've added to the cart (salted - 1 pound cashews) may be a part of the shipping profile that includes this 'standard' shipping rate, and not included in the profile that has this free shipping rate you've created. Shipping issues can be caused by a multitude of factors, and since I'm unable to authenticate you and access your store, it's difficult for me to say exactly what may be the cause, but in my experience, it could be that the products are in a different shipping profile than this rate.

In order for us to better troubleshoot this issue for you, I would recommend reaching out to our Authenticated Support Team via our Help Center. They'll be able to get you authenticated, and then access your shipping settings to double-check my idea of the shipping profiles, as well as explore some additional potential causes so we can help you get this resolved.

@Imogen - You can see Order #1013 from today as an example. It was placed via Apple Pay with a 43209 zip code, and they were charged shipping.
