Approve subscription bug

Hey everyone!

I'm using the shopify graphql api (appSubscriptionCreate mutation) to create an app subscription pay as you go. It used to work but i've been testing the app today and for some reason it doesn't work anymore

I'm getting this message after creating app subscription and redirecting the user to the confirmationUrl given by shopify:

I'm using testing stores in my app with testing payment. Thank you in advance
