apz code appearing on order pages

Hi everyone hope you can help. Since the 28th October I have noticed that the following is starting to appear on some of my order pages. What is it and how can I turn it off? You can delete the lines but I'm not sure why all of a sudden I am seeing this. Also the code changes depending on the customer. 

Here are some examples of what is appearing under the product ordered on the order page.

_apz_event_id:shop-all_

_apz_scene:id

_apz_selling_plan: one_time
