I have now sent six separate emails to four Shopify experts. It has been two weeks, and my store is closed currently because it is not working properly. I have went to Fiverr, and got screwed a couple of time there as well. Any suggestions on how to get someone to assist me. Preferably in the United States.

It could be that you e-mail was not convincing or did not give enough info to follow up?
You may try asking for help in the forums -- people here may give some hints and suggestions on how to proceed with your original problem.
Can you post your problem here? Experts might give you feedbacks or solutions to your problem for free.
