What I see - you need a professional audit of your website. It is needed to take a look at your analytics first of all. Do you have website visitors? Do they add products to cart and then abandon their carts or they don't add products to cart? Have you set up some tracking tools like Hotjar, Smartlook or others? Where do you promote your store?
