I am a Shopify Partner and I have collaborator access to a store. I was assigned to issue store credits to a customer, but I don't have the "add store credits" button under any customer's profile. Checking on Settings > Users and Permissions, my account has all permissions selected.
My question is: what do I, as a collaborator, need in order to assign store credits?

Picture 2 needs to be operated on the shop owner's end.
You can add customer permission first, and then add Edit store credit permission in the partner's bonus point after approval

I guess picture 1 is the view from the store owner's laptop, correct? How can they get to this panel in order to add customer permission?
