All things Shopify and commerce
I can't seem to assign more than one role to a user in my Shopify organization. This seems counterintuitive to what a role versus a user is.
We have a store that is purely online, but we have another store that is purely POS. I have a POS role for the POS store and there are roles for the online store, but I can't assign both roles to a user.
When I say that I have a POS role, it is not one of the POS user roles (associate, full, etc), it is a role in the organization with certain permissions to one of the stores. Now I need to give them a different role for a different store as well, but Shopify has an odd rule about not allowing more than one role per user which defeats the purpose of a role. I can 'change' the role, but not add another, which is how most systems handle user/role/permission. (I would attach a screen shot, but Shopify doesn't allow that here🙄)
