I am planning to build a website using Shopify for my business, and I want to ensure that the platform can support all the features I need. My project involves creating a party planning platform where vendors can:

• Sign up for an account and manage their profiles.
• Pay a membership fee to access the platform.
• Post and manage their own listings (products or services).
• Have a dashboard to track their performance, manage orders, and update their listings.

I want to ensure a smooth user experience for both the vendors and the customers interacting with the website. Could you advise on:

1. The best Shopify plan or add-ons/apps needed to enable these functionalities.
2. Any specific apps or customizations you recommend for vendor sign-ups, membership payments, and dashboard management.
3. Whether Shopify natively supports these features, or if I would need third-party integrations or developers for custom work.
4. How scalable this setup would be as the number of vendors grows.

For subscription, Shopify has a native Subscription feature that you can use: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/purchase-options/subscriptions/setup

Whether Shopify natively supports these features, or if I would need third-party integrations or developers for custom work.

Shopify has a vast ecosystem of apps that can help you on your needs. You would a mixer of both apps and custom development to build this.

Shopify Plus: Best for scalability as your platform grows.
Advanced Shopify: If you’re starting smaller, this could work initially or you can even start with Shopify plan. 

There is a lot of questions you have asked here, where there is not a one-time solution. There has to be many integrations that needs to be made for smooth user experience, but it isn't impossible if you have a proper plan and know what you can do in Shopify.
